Well, this is our 4th day off from school and we had about 6 new inches of snow to play in this morning. It was the wonderful powdery kind that was just right for sledding. Of course, we do not own sleds being that it only snows maybe once a year here. So we improvised using our recycling box lid. It worked like a charm. These pictures didn't turn out exposure-wise like I'd hoped, but I'm not really familiar with appropriate settings for snow. I probably should have let them be a little more under exposed rather than have my meter at zero. I still love them because of the sheer joy on Cameron's face.

I can't believe how crazy this year has been! Look at that snow! I think you did great as well! That photo of your daughter tossing the snow is great!!
These are great! My favorite is the one with the snow splattering between her mittens. Great action!
Great time!
Oh, I love them. I like how she just pops right out at you in the last one. Looks like fun!
I love these all. I think I love the one with her running away from you the best. I love the footprints in the snow. Way to make the most of a snow day!! :)
I love the sledding photo! That is a TON of snow.
I think the exposure on these is fine! They are super fun!
Actually, I thought they looked great! We had a little snow, and I too had trouble with my exposure, but think they came out well enough, and I was just happy to have snow to take pictures in ! I love the shot of your DH throwing the snow!
Looks like fun!! She will have great childhood memories of all this :o)
Great use of the recycling lids! They are a little bright but I like it...it really adds to the shots.
