Day 35

Well, this is our 4th day off from school and we had about 6 new inches of snow to play in this morning. It was the wonderful powdery kind that was just right for sledding. Of course, we do not own sleds being that it only snows maybe once a year here. So we improvised using our recycling box lid. It worked like a charm. These pictures didn't turn out exposure-wise like I'd hoped, but I'm not really familiar with appropriate settings for snow. I probably should have let them be a little more under exposed rather than have my meter at zero. I still love them because of the sheer joy on Cameron's face.

I love these all. I think I love the one with her running away from you the best. I love the footprints in the snow. Way to make the most of a snow day!! :)

Actually, I thought they looked great! We had a little snow, and I too had trouble with my exposure, but think they came out well enough, and I was just happy to have snow to take pictures in ! I love the shot of your DH throwing the snow!

Great use of the recycling lids! They are a little bright but I like it...it really adds to the shots.
